A while ago I visited the National Botanic Garden of Wales in Llanarthne. It is a really beautiful place to visit, if you have the chance have a look you will find lots of wonderful flowers. Above you can see me in the Great Glasshouse which has flowers from Australia, Chile and South Africa among other places.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignright size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"320\" height=\"180\" src=\"https:\/\/patchysadventures.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/NBW_2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-123\" style=\"width:229px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/patchysadventures.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/NBW_2.jpg 320w, https:\/\/patchysadventures.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/NBW_2-300x169.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 320px) 100vw, 320px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I found a lovely purple flower, which was one of many I found within the Glasshouse, unfortunately I have no idea what it is. I found it on the East side near the entrance there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"420\" height=\"236\" src=\"https:\/\/patchysadventures.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/NBW_6.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-124\" style=\"width:266px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/patchysadventures.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/NBW_6.jpg 420w, https:\/\/patchysadventures.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/NBW_6-300x169.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 420px) 100vw, 420px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is a picture taken in the Japanese Garden which won a gold medal and Best in Show at the Chelsea Flower Show in 2001. I personally liked the house the best but that was because we didn&#8217;t have time to see it in detail so we missed a lot of the plants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignright size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"220\" height=\"123\" src=\"https:\/\/patchysadventures.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/NBW_4.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-126\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I loved looking at all the different flowers and there was some bits that I missed having a look at.
